Hola lovely ladies! So, I just wanted to let you guys in on some information that Janna and I thought you should know for packing purposes.  

First, please bring some tennis shoes.  They will come in handy.  I promise. Also, please bring some clothes that can get dirty.  These clothes will probably not make it back home with you.  Speaking of clothing, please be fairly conservative with your everyday clothing.  It will be very hot but that does not mean that I want to see your tummy, your chest, or your booty.  I am not saying dress like a nun, but we are guests in Thailand and we don't want to give the wrong impression.  Also, I am sure you are aware but bikinis are not allowed.  Only one pieces and tankinis that cover your entire stomach.  

I think that is all about the clothing but their are a few more thing that I wanted to mention.  I saw on facebook that some of you were talking about bringing sleeping bags.  I promise you will not need this.  A twin size sheet will do the trick.  It may be a good idea to bring a sleeping mat but definitely not a sleeping bag.  I also saw that several of you were considering a backpack vs. a rolling suitcase.  Whatever is easiest and convenient is fine.  I know backpacks can be really expensive.  We will not be traveling around a ton so it won't matter.  But please weigh your bags before you leave your house for training camp.  If your bag weighs more than 50 lbs, you are going to have to take something out.  The airline will charge you if your bag weights more than 50 lbs!!  Also, an outlet adaptor is a great idea if you are bringing a computer or anything that will need to be charged. 

And, lastly please bring SUNSCREEN!!!! If you don't pack anything else in your bag, please put some sunscreen in there.  You will use this stuff everyday!!! It is so important!!! If you are of a fair skin color, consider spending some time in the sun in the next few days to try to get a base tan.
