Hi Everyone:) 

 I'm Janie Giebelhaus. Call me whatever you like...i have nicknames up the wazoo...but usually its just Janie or Jane. Im 19, but I turn 'one score' in may!!!! I am a proud daughter of my Beautiful mama and a sister of my favorite person on the planet who is 18

COLORADO. I go to Cu Boulder (the should-be NCAA-ers :) but I just got here a few months ago. I'm from Orange County California, but I was born in Dallas TX (Sarah P, i think it was you who said thats ur home?:)

 (Academia).I'm in college...freshmen at University of Colorado. This is my first public school i have ever went to, and its so new. I LOVE being able to be Jesus' light at this school...which is definitely not of Christian majority. But its Beautiful!! and Jesus is Here! I'm a triple major in Communication, Sociology, and Film and I look forward to it every single day

 Work wise,.I'm a moucher of the relatives haha...and I'm not proud of it. I have LOVED my previous jobs and I guess I'm a bit picky of where I work because of that. I worked at a zoo for a few years, and then at Nordstroms, and I'm excited to see where i am next! 

 I enjoy so many things. I literally like and know almost every song on the radio and every film that I see. Sometimes I wish I was pickier, but I am not. I love to do random activities. For example, me and my friends will take spur of the moment road trips and stop at farmers markets and random beautiful places. I love finding festivals and great restaurants from online and going. I also really enjoy mountain activities, which is one reason I came to colorado:) I am a bungee jumper and a skydiver and a zipliner, and they give me the most joy!

typical week though would include a lot of something else I love. I truly love my Bible studies and Church lead teams. They are amazing and I have somehow filled my week with either those or sorority stuff...(I'm a pocket KKG) :)

 As far as likes and dislikes go, 

I like a lot, and I dislike very little...but there are some things!

like: DRIVING! (love that!)

smell of gasoline (especially in boats)

holidays. Happy st. Pattys!!!

I'm known to dance around all the time

anything old...vintage or antique

any animal...I am such an animal person

dislike: unnecessary rudeness (which I think is almost all rudeness) but NOT sarcasm (thats cool)

and when I ask a teacher a question and a unknowing student answers lol...but i think thats really it!

I have been blessed to be able to go on missions before. In High School, We had a missions program, which consisted of around 5 trips a year, a local outreach, partnership with the Promise Child Organization, daily recycling and collection, presentations, etc...and I somehow convinced them to make me president lol...it was probably my biggest joy of High School and I was able to go on 15 trips to places close and places far. MISSION TRIPS are what I love and where I see Jesus SHINING!!!! My first instinct is to WORK for causes. How GREAT is Christ in all lands, not just ours...and what a blessing to us to be able to be used in that way! 

8) Guys, I am SO excited to meet every one of you. Just reading through the few bios that I have...and getting to know Chelsea and Kelsey (who i think are MARVELOUS), I can already see how Jesus has crafted this team! We are about to become such a great group for JESUS! and I am so very honored to be in this group!
